2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 388wi Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited. Where 388wi identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and associated bonuses forfeited.

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wi account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 388wi will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You agree to notify 388wi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 388wi reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 388wi offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. 388wi accepts no liability for account compromise on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your 388wi account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise convey your account or any credits, funds, or bonuses associated with it to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 388wi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. 388wi reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and Raast are generally credited to your 388wi account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to credit. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 388wi is PKR 100 when using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 388wi finance team within the timeframes communicated in the cashier. Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. 388wi may request additional KYC documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they and any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. 388wi reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedge bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.6 PSL and Seasonal Promotions. 388wi regularly offers enhanced promotions tied to the Pakistan Super League season and major international cricket events. These seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 388wi sportsbook are subject to acceptance at 388wi's sole discretion. 388wi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets on 388wi. These limits are displayed in the betting slip at the time of placement and may vary by market, event, and account tier.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by 388wi in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to a technical error, palpable odds errors, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance as cash.
6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket, and other sports. 388wi accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play market availability or odds accuracy.
6.5 Palpable Errors. Where odds are published in error due to a manifest mistake (including typographical errors), 388wi reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed.
6.6 Match Integrity. 388wi reserves the right to void or suspend bets on any event where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corruption. 388wi cooperates with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement bodies in investigating integrity concerns.
7.1 RNG Certification. All 388wi casino games that utilise random number generation (RNG) are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose RNG systems have been independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 388wi.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game — including disconnection during a game round — the round may be voided and the stake refunded to the player's account. 388wi's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

10.1 Suspension by 388wi. 388wi reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players who wish to close their 388wi account may do so by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance after closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 388wi reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. The 388wi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 388wi or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 388wi.
12.1 Platform Availability. 388wi strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. 388wi is not liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
12.2 Gambling Losses. 388wi is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.
12.3 Third-Party Services. 388wi provides access to games and services operated by third-party providers. 388wi is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wi's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your 388wi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wi holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
